Customer Service Representative at Blissful Float Spa

Blissful Float Spa is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representatives to support the daily operations of our float center. The primary responsibilities of this role will include:

- Greeting and checking in clients

- Answering phone calls, processing payments, and managing appointment bookings and rescheduling

- Guiding clients through the floatation therapy experience

- Maintaining cleanliness of the center and its equipment

- Managing water chemistry, including testing and dosing (training will be provided)

- Engaging in informative conversations with customers about the benefits and principles of floating (training will be provided)

At Blissful Float Spa, our mission is to provide a tranquil refuge from our clients' daily stresses through a relaxing environment. We are therefore seeking a very calm, polite and patient person (complimentary float sessions will be provided to help you maintain your sense of calm). A strong attention to detail in cleaning tasks and a genuine interest in learning about floating, mindfulness, and neuroscience are also desirable for this position.

Schedule:

- Position available from August 2025

- Two part-time positions for 12h a week scheduled over two days from 2 PM to 8 PM, or one position offering 24h scheduled over four days from 2 PM to 8PM.

- There is the potential for occasional overtime until 9 PM, as well as morning (10am-2pm) and weekend shifts.
